If you have 3 or more Grapple or Submission maneuvers in your Ring area with the word(s) "back," "power," or "slam" in the title, your opponent must discard 1 card from his hand in order to play a Grapple or High Risk maneuver. 
If you have 6 or more Grapple or Submission maneuvers in your Ring area with the word(s) "back," "power," or "slam" in the title, your opponent cannot play Grapple or High Risk maneuvers.
